Brad Joel Caftel

Brad Joel Caftel, Esq. graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (UC Berkeley Law) and was recognized as a Kent Scholar. Early in his legal career, Mr. Caftel served as a judicial law clerk, providing legal research and support to federal judges, including the Honorable John Gleeson of the U.S. District Court and the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in legal analysis, litigation strategy, and federal court practice.

Mr. Caftel focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, appeals, labor and employment law, class actions, and other civil disputes. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled high-stakes and high-value matters involving partnership disputes, land ownership disputes, contract disputes, employment-related claims, and digital asset and cryptocurrency recovery matters.

Known for his strategic approach to litigation, extensive courtroom experience, and ability to analyze complex legal issues, Mr. Caftel has helped clients achieve favorable outcomes, including multimillion-dollar settlements and successful court judgments. He has experience representing clients across a wide range of industries and develops practical, results-oriented legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

Mr. Caftel earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and is admitted to practice law in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice before multiple federal courts and appellate courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
